It is strange that offensive and defensive coordinators have not been the primary area of focus for the series for quite a long time. It would be wonderful to have three amazing coaches on one sideline. Furthermore, Franchise Mode has a tendency to hire coaches that aren't affiliated with the league. It would be more pleasant to see random individuals get the job of coordinators and should they perform well getting them promoted to head coach buy madden coins.
